   DO ANY OF YOU KNIGHTS COLLECT STORE COINS OR TOKENS?--THESE WERE BIG IN THE U.S. FROM THE 1850S TO THE PRESENT TIMES---THEY MIGHT BE POLITICAL--DISCOUNT COINS--ADVERTISEMENT TYPES---THIS IS WHERE THE WOODEN NICKELS CAME FROM----THE FIRST WERE MADE FROM COPPER AND OTHER METALS--NOW YOU CAN FIND THEM IN ALL MATERIALS--

  VERY NICE TOKEN--THIS IS WHAT I HAD IN MIND--MANY STORES USED TO GIVE OUT COINS OR TOKENS TO ADVERTISE THEIR WARES--SOME OF THESE TOKENS CAN BE VERY ESPENSIVE DEPENDING ON THEIR RARITY--I HAVE ABOUT 30+ SUCH TOKENS FROM THE 1800'S--MANY ARE PATRIOTIC TOKENS PUT OUT DURING THE CIVIL WAR!

Fourty years ago Shell gave some copperalloy tokens you could push into a card
I still have them sowhere I think ( allthough my flaggs of the world coming out of a gumball machine
40 years ago seem to be purloined )
