Thank you for the photos RenaL. Everyone I have shown the medallions to have asked if any were left for sale and very impressed with the design, eye appeal and over all beauty and NO ONE can believe an internet group was responsible for having them stuck and then, when they find out the members were from all over the world, they are amazed! We, as individuals and as a group, have every right to be proud of this accomplishment!

They are labeled as proofs.
I want to see some satin!

Can't show you satin, but I can show the proof. Shiney!  And next time I should take it out of the protector to take a picture of it, as the flip definitely hides some of the details.

How does one get a 2007 medallian?

Yass all the 2007 Medallions were struck to order but there are members with extras. I would suggest postng in the "Coins Wanted" and see if you get a reply? I will keep and eye out on my end and get back with you as well.  Also there are 63mm pewter 2007 medallions that have not been delivered so there could be extras there?

The 63mm 2007 pewter medals are done.   I was unsure of the exact quantity needed.   But I have 65 of them here ready to ship.   If necessary, I could easily make another run of a few more.   Should I send these to Gary Burke like I did with the 38mm medals ?

Yes Daniel, please ship to Gary. We will get in touch with you concerning the payment for the medals ordered other than the 34 or 35 that were promised to the members who ordered the 38mm medallions. Gary has the official order so I must await word from him on extras needed at this time. We will remit the necessary funds to you for the balance asap. Thank you as this does indeed wrap up the 2007 program and gives us all something new to look for in the mail! Been an exciting year for us!

Well as you have probably aready figured out the 63mm pewter medallions are done and will be shipped to Gary. I will have to see how many have already been ordered and paid for so we will know where we stand on the possibility of extras. Will post as soon as Gary and I can get together on the totals.

The Rockies had better win the World Series in 4 games as we don't want sports interfering in Gary' delivery schedule!  ;D

The Rox' "luck" ran out.  Actually, I really believe the team had the potential to beat Boston, things just didn't come together.  Had the Rockies downed Boston, it would have been the sports story of the century.  But, winning the NL tie-breaker, the NLDS, and the NLCS was still something I never expect to see again in my lifetime.

Now, down to business.

In just a few minutes I will put together a list of those who should receive the 63MM medals, at least according to my records.  Then, any corrections to the list will be appreciated.

Also, there is a good chance I don't have mailing addresses for everybody, and so may need to have a few addresses e-mailed to me.

So, check out this forum, and in a few minutes I hope to have the list posted, and then tomorrow, hopefully, the mailings will start.

By the way, you will love the medals.

 ;D ;D ;D ;D

The speed at which the medals arrived is amazing.

Mailed Saturday at the post office, which closed at noon.  Then, the packages (twoshadows' and Old Dan's) arrive on Monday.

Now, that's fast!!

Rest assured it shall be displayed proudly. Suitably alarmed against all malcontent and ne'r-do-wells.

Here is a photo I took of an actual silver proof.
If the Knights like it, it could be used in place of the current coin image on the forum entrance page.

Jettonstudio take the time to email Nohope as I am certain he still has a few coppers or brass left. You can email him by accessing the members list and looking up his user name. I am sure, if he is currently home, he will get right back with you. Welcome to the castle and please take note the 2008 Medallions are currently on sale as well as a few 2008 wooden dollars.

Hello  Twoshadows,

Since your last post, did you find out if there are any spare silver proofs available with anyone? I would like to have one too if possible.

Your best bet is to read the next thread below this one. NOHOPE has medallions left but I do not know exactly what at this time. Feel free to email him as he will be more than glad to help you out if he can!
