Don't bother to wiki, he will not be a factor in the United States election in November.

He's another mongrel breed like the republicrats and the democratlins.  Ron Paul seems to be more of a Libertarian pretending to be a republican. It's a refreshing twist at least, since most  "libertarians" in America are just republicans pretending to be Libertarians.

I hear many college students are fascinated with him.  Guess they figured out whose getting the bill for 8 trillion dollars--and counting. They don't have to worry too much though. It's not likely they'll even be able to pay off their college loans working as global shoe shine boys.   :o

Longnine, you mean somebody is really going to have to pay for the Iraq war and all the other SNAFU's that the last couple of presidents got us in?

We are, it is called the government printing money like toilet paper, that is why the dollar is losing value.  So pretty soon it will be worthless, and voila, no debt!

And no country to live in either if it goes that way. Unless existing in a  feudal society can be called "living."  :-[

We could still keep shining shoes though to pay for  blundercrat pensions.

Pretty much, basically in my opin the best hopes for a presidential candidate have already dropped out, or been passed over.  So now we are stuck with a mouthy, angry 72 year old man, the wife of a philandering and lying former president, and some guy that I cannot honestly recount any accomplishment he has made in his short tenure in the Senate.

Bluntly put the campaign is a democratic hoax? The filthy rich throw out a dozen or so rich puppets and we the people are supposed to believe we are electing a President? Millions have quit voting so that is why they are spending so much time on college campus' trying to convince the young, who have not figured out the system yet, how important it is that they vote. There has NOT been a real election in this country for years and years. We will see no change as long as the lobbyists and corportate America have access and ownership of the men and women in power. Bought and paid for!!! :'(

Henry  got it dead on:

party is unfit to rule -and both commonly succeed,
and are right."  H. L. Mencken
