The Bush Rebate
March 16, 2008, 06:31:16 PM
Through the generosity of the President and the Unted States Congress, many U.S. tax payers will receive several hundred dollars in May.

Subject: The Bush "rebate"

Spend wisely...........
  How to use the rebate

As you may have heard the Bush Administration said each and every one of  us
would now get a nice rebate.

If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, all the money will go to China. If  we
spend it on gasoline it will all go to the Arabs, if we purchase a  computer
it will all go to India, if we purchase fruit and vegetables it  will all go
to Mexico, Honduras, and Guatamala, if we purchase a good  car it will all
go to Japan, if we purchase useless crap it will all go  to Taiwan and none
of it will help the American economy.

We need to keep that money here in America, so the only way to keep that
money here at home is to buy prostitutes, beer and visit Indian casinos,
since those are the  only businesses still in the US.

 :) :) :) :)

And by going to the Native American casino, you are helping to pay reparations for stealing land.  So it is a feel good, feel good win win.

As for the prostitutes, in all likelihood if you don't settle for the crack addict, you are going to get some Eastern European woman that is a slave.  So don't bother.

Well looks like I will have to buy silver or classic coins. They are not giving us enough of OUR money back to by gold!!! They could please me even more, and keep their money, if they would cut government spending, kill of all the useless programs and get out of most of the businsses they shouldn't have gotten into in the first place. Then we will talk about free health care and outrageous retirement benefits for has been elected officials who get a free ride forever!!! They sure wouldn't want me as President and neither would the IRS as they would be the first to go!!! National sales tax so the rich could pay their fair share too!!! ;D

Yeah, like the government is looking out for us by sending us some money.  Meanwhile, the powers that be have cleaned out their banks, put it overseas.

Hey you should read about the Spitzer girls after all they called some girls after general Hooker why not call the call girls Spitzer girls
at 5500$ per hour Kristine seems to be preferred especially since she got 8 million hits on her website and an offer of one million dollar just to get photographed in the nude
( I understand Spitzer was governor of NY and unfortunately he needed more then 10 000$ and was ratted on by the banks  ;D

I would like to know what she does that is worth $5500 an hour.  I hope she saved some, because she is out of a job at least temporarily, and the IRS is on her for unreported income.

Maybe she will get sentenced to some "community service" work or perhaps "charity" work!  ;D And it is apparent she does specialize so that would be very interesting when the TV news covers it? :o

But aren't bail-outs, oooops, I mean  "ensuring the orderly function of markets" the same thing as  prostitutes taking our money and giving it to the casinos?  Maybe we could all just send our checks to Bear Sterns?  ;D

Too bad the working girls do not usually keep such money, but rather that it goes to their managers, bosses, pimps whatever.

And what do you think an honest engineer working for an honest company gets here
I just calculated my last year 1996 I got 27.42% before city taxes that should work out to 19.44 % after city taxes not including province , ecololy, solidarity, excess and other taxes
Then I pay like 21% value added tax on anything I like to buy and I think 7% on food , but since by law VAT has to be included everybody forgets the VAT and even the percentage since only cardealers still spell out what the government gets on a new car  ???

For the  moment I am paying about 7.90 $ per gallon extra gazoline 98 octane ; that is more then I paid for my favourite white wine in 2001
After doubling the price the supermarket stopped to sell it because it was too popular like in getting too expensive

Oh and I get like 300 $ back on my 2006 income , money they kept taxfree for 2 years .But then all my live I have gotten money back after two years

Seriously I don't think that chick was that cute and desirous, especially at her going rate of $1000 an hour.

It was my understanding that she was a so-called three diamond girl, the extra fee was for her travel expense, etc.

The Republicans and the Democrats are both crooked, no one person can make any argument of one party being more moral than the other.  The only difference is the Republicans are more clever about the perfidy they accomplish, and are less likely to get caught.  The Democrats like Spitzer and even the new NY governor get caught more, they are seemingly less clever.  But a crook is a crook.  The Democrats and Republicans can stand tall in that bipartisan excess.

I agree totally. But then I think democracy is a sham anyway. Nothing but an invention by  aristocrats who wanted something better than  going to the Tower Barber shop for # -1 haircut.  So now instead of lopping off heads, people "vote the bums out." All we're doing is replacing the elites left flank with a right flank or visa versa, while they are down in St. Thom snickering and sipping on Margarettas.

I managed to get bellsouth to come back from the dead long enough to get a minute and 7 seconds of the clip.  I'm waiting on the Jimmy Swaggart parody:  "I HAVE SINNED!!!!"   ;D

Is that her? The pic in  Paint Your Wagon's last posts?

Politics at the national level is nothing more than pampering those who were born with a silver spoon (or is it gold now) in their mouth. Most of them have never wanted or actually worked for anything. They have lived off the backs of the hard working members of their countries. They pay lip service to get elected and will NOT do anything to interfer with the incoming wealth of their elite and filthy rich friends or should I say corporate friends? It doesn't matter who gets elected until the we the people finally make the effort, over a course of 3 elections, to throw out all incumbents regardless of their party affilliation. It will never happen as there are way too many sheep wanting to be herded an lead around! Why think for yourself when someone else can do it for you? That is the mindset of most folks these days!

And there is not a doubt in my mind I could find a much better looking woman for far less money!!! Guess its that "keep up with the neighbor" mentality or in this case, "be equal or better than my political friends" by going with the expensive brand of lady? ;D  Kind of like a fine wine? ::)

Two pics, same woman. :o  Not worth the 4+ ozs. of gold that were paid for her.  Also, was she worth the woman that he had been married to for 20+ years and had three daughters by?

All this has me wondering who clients 1-8 are, I wonder if they are keeping it under wraps until a bit later in the Presidential nomination race, because client #1 is....

...Bill Clinton! :o

Client nr 1 is bound to be a master of the universe ( nickname traders give themselves)

Poor CEO of Bear Stearns went to bed having 1.3 billion dollars and in the morning he had only 30 million dollars left
My heart bleeds for the poor sod who was playing bridge in a tournament whilst his empire and his finances crumbled
Concerned people ask whether he can make it on 30 million  ::)

Well he probably can join the soupe kitchens when they start them up again
I wonder whether mass and preaching will still be obligatory to get the soup  ;D

Spitzer really was jumping bones.  :o

Maybe the $2 per share price for Bear is due to the CEO arranging his "his terms of departure?"  You know if the guy is so "talented" that he can induce a federal reserve rescue, that should be "well actually" be worth at least a billion dollar "terms of departure" package.
