Some of those did issue coins, but will find under another listing, for instance what is now Guangdong was then known as Kwangtung province of China, I have coins from there.  I collect coins from the Jiangxi province, but it was previously known as Kiangsi.

I believe "Galarus", if that's the Swiss canton, is spelled "Glarus".

Guyana... is that the same one as Guayana?  If it is the same South American country conveniently located beside Suriname, I've got a spare one of those lying about. :)

Elle,
If you have a spare Guayana, I'd love to talk to you about it.

Fred, I do have some.  Generally they look like this; although this isn't the actual coin that I have. (http://www.wcoins.com/d_ximages/c509.jpg)

PM or Email an addy and I'll get it out to you :)

Elle,
Thanks for showing me that coin... I have one of those. Sorry for the confusion, but I'm looking for Guayana, as in Province of Guayana. This province was part of Venezuela with coins dating from 1813 to 1817.

I believe "Galarus", if that's the Swiss canton, is spelled "Glarus".

Sap,
You are correct. In the 1800 Krause, in the country index, it is listed as Galarus.
I am still looking for this coin, from the swiss cantons.
