I have ordered 1 (one) KOTCT glass mug (prototype) that is laser engraved with KOTCT and the Knight on Horseback design, from our 2007 wooden dollar, and the word KNIGHT engraved under the horse. (Knightess will be available as well). I don't remember the mug size but will let you know when I pick it up as they came in two different sizes. they also had wine glasses and ect... but I figure if anyone wants any of these the mugs will be more durable to ship. Will post a photo when I get it this week. We are probably looking at $12.00 each for the laser engraved mugs and I will have to check to see what shipping costs would be. These will be another opportunity for us to make a few bucks for the kitty (not ElleKitty) if anyone wants them. Will keep you posted should anyone want an Xmas gift for themselves?

Next thing you know, Terry will have Ford Motors name a car after the KotCT!
-
The Knight Rider..... ;D
-
Well I thought about having a few hats made up but sitting inside during the winter with a nice MUG full of your favorite beverage seemed more "knightly" to me?
-
Count me in.....I will have 2
-
I will post a photo as soon as I get the mug, get the photo, and see if Merlin will help me do it!
Also these would also be great for throwing your loose change in?

Vegemite jars are what's used for storing coins. Glass mugs are for a palate cleansing ale. Not that bud light dishwater ::), but a real beer.
Now if you want to start an argument with an aussie, ask him which beer. I'm biased, being a mexican from south of the border, I was born and raised on the Victorian drop. The best in the world. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

awe......dunno.....born New South Wales....lives in Queensland...drinks tassy.....Cascade....a very nice drop.

Lite Beer is the greatest ripoff in the brew industry in the U.S.! I can't believe folks will pay a premium for flavored water? Or, should I say, watered down beer? Just goes to show mass advertising can and will sell anything to those who need to be lead around like sheep! Just like the folks who drink diet soda thinking its good for their health? I keep telling everyone to look up the ingredients as aspertane (spelling?) almost killed a friend of mine's wife! Took the doctors months to figure out the diet pop was killing her! And, I might add, good old Mountain Dew put me in intensive care in the mid-80s! A knight needs to be careful what he drinks now doesn't he?

Guinness. My preferred beverage of choice. For something lighter, Shiner Bock. You poor people outside the great State of Texas may not know what Shiner beers are, though. :) Young's Double Chocolate Stout is quite tasty too, as is Samuel Smith's Nut Brown ale.
I get the impression I like dark beers. :D I do happen to have some Carlton Draught in my fridge, although I think I drank all the Tooheys.
-
Indeed, Guinness with a fallback on Shiner, and the occasional Molson Golden when I yearn for my college daze.
-
A good thick Porter or maybe a Black an Tan, or even good old Yenegling or Rolling Rock
-
Apparently we poor Hoosiers are being deprived? So send samples to my address, along with homeless silver and I will make every effort to test them all!
-
I had a pint of Guinnes extra stout this evening, and I love a good brew! But in general, being a poor person, I'm forced to drink cheap American lagers so that I can spend a few dollars on coins every once in a while ;D ;D ;D
-
I'd love a glass as well. Myself not beong much of a beer drinker, like to go back to my non-german roots, and have a nice glass of Rumplemintz. Nothing like 100 proof schnapps to get you where you want to go.
-
I have you all beat, the best drink is A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE.

Bm1947 your 2 mugs have been ordered. Probably next week before I will see delivery. Will have to let you know what the shipping will be to Oz!
-
Hey Dan... I've still got that 72 year old bottle of Seagrams Premium to crack open. How's about you and I testing that water in a new mug?
-
Will they be strong enuf for a Viking Toast?
-
I knew I should have gone with the metal ones!
-
Metal-That can be next years.
-
Terry,
Still time for me to get a mug? I need something for my Diet Pepsi and Crystal Light.
And, Terry, we have some old business to conduct. I still owe for the 2007 wooden dollars, and you said you would send me the large cent so that we could deal with payment for both items at the same time. Now, throw in a mug, and...where are we?
:) :) :) :)
-
Payment plan or direct deposit? Will order the mug as the other items are enroute!

I JUST CAME ACROSS THIS TOPIC AND I REALIZE IT IS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO BUT BY ANY CHANCE ARE THERE ANY MUGS LEFT IN THE BASEMENT OF THE CASTLE OR DOES ANYONE HAVE ONE THEY COULD PART WITH?--I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE ONE IF POSSIBLE==YOUR SERVANT--THE TEMPLAR

I have a couple of glass mugs here but held up on this project for two reasons. Number one would be the cost of shipping and getting glass there in one piece. Number two was the fact I did not like the finished design. Well, I liked the design but did not like the size of it on the mug. I want it larger and now I am more in favor of the metal mugs but have never proceeded. They would be safer to ship and, in my mind, be more appropriate for our castle. Let me check into the matter once again and perhaps we can bulk order with our names on them along with the KOTCT Knight? Will get back with you on this one.
-
I'd be interested too.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF A METAL MUG--SHIPS EASIER AND IS MORE IN TUNE WITH THE IDEA OF A CASTLE MUG----IT WOULD KEEP MY ROOT BEER COLDER ALSO--PLEASE CHECK IT OUT???
YOUR SERVANT--THE TEMPLAR ::) ::) ::) ::)
