Wanted - Statehood Quarters
December 28, 2007, 02:20:59 PM
I need the following Statehood Quarters to bring my collection up to date.

2004 - Texas D
2006 - So. Dakota P
2007 - Wyoming P & D
2007 - Idaho P & D
2007 - Utah P & D

I actually do have a few of these, but I've put them in 2x2's because they've got strike through grease, so I've still got these spaces in my Whitman Quarter Folder. Coins from circulation are fine.

I can buy them or do a trade if anyone wants some Aussie or NZ coins.  As I'm really doing 2 sets of the Statehood Quarters, I'm after at least 2 of each of these so I'm posting the list on CCF as well.

I have a few spare State Quarters, but none from the States you require. Sorry.

I'm sure I have the Denver mint coins you want.  More than one each, if you wish.

I have misplaced my addresses list, so just PM or e-mail your mailing address and I'll send you what you request.

 :) :) :) :)

Gary, the coins arrived yesterday & are now safely stored along with their siblings. Thanks very much & thanks for the Kennedy & Buffalo.  ;D

I might have to start up a couple new collections for them. I think I've now got 4 Kennedy's & 6 Buffalos. Is that enough for the start of a  collection?  ;)

Looks like to me Nevol you have already started!! Kennedy halves are a huge set when completed and most are very affordable. Now I am not sure whether or not buffalo's are allowed to leave the country or not? (Think they are required to go through Twoshadows Custom Service in Indiana?) The Indian/Buffalo nickel is a classic as well as one of our most famous designs. Good luck with both!

You mean all those pretty trinkets from Perth, oops, I mean NCLT.   ;D

My Aussie collection is mainly circulation stuff only, I do have a little NCLT but not much. Mainly Mint mark $1's.

I even chased down some PNC's in 2007 but have already stopped worrying about them due mainly to the indifference of my local Post Office.

Nancy, you must keep that  Aussie collection growing at all cost.

Having said that, I have some Kennedy halves to spare if you need them...1967P, 1971D, 1976D, 1989D & 1999D.

Nancy, You are certainly welcome.  I have a few other spare coins I will mail you in a few days.

Terry, I realize that it is illegal to ship buffaloes out of the country without them first going through Indiana.  I hope you will forgive me this one time.

Steve, Thanks , I'll take the 1971D, 1989D & 1999D.  I have the other two.  It turns out I already have 7, so I had this collection just growing along without even realising it. What can I send you in trade? There has to be something. Do you need any bunnies? I've got spares of 84, 94, 98 & 00. I also have multiple spare 2007 SHB PP B mm $1's & spare Main press for B S M & C.

My Aussie collection is huge, I think even if I got one each of every US coin, the OZ stuff would still be in the lead. You've got no idea what I keep. I have error coins like you wouldn't believe. One thing I don't keep is coins with doubling, there's just waaaay too many of them. Hmmm...well.....having said that, I do keep a few each of the ones where HM has 2 noses.  ::)

Mind you, I think Gary is living up to his ID & is on a crusade to get as many people as possible hooked on US coins. He's responsible for getting me into Kennedys & Bufffalos, so it's working.  ;D
